The EMC Time Hunter is a further step in URWERK’s U-Research Division – the brand’s ‘experimental laboratory’.
As a world first, the new EMC enables its wearer to both monitor its precision as worn on the wrist as well as the amplitude of the watch. Interactivity remains at the heart of the EMC concept. Accuracy can then be easily adjusted for each owner's lifestyle rather than the controlled environment of the watchmaker's atelier.
"As a watchmaker, I am quite proud of URWERK developing, manufacturing, and regulating our own balance wheel for EMC as very few brands actually make and regulate their own balances and they really are the heart of mechanical movements."
NEW GENERATION OF EMC WINNER OF GPHG PRIZES
FIRST HIGH-END MECHANICAL WATCH WITH ELECTRONIC INDICATIONS
As a world first, the EMC “Time Hunter” marks the dawn of a new era; that of a fully mechanical watch enhanced by electronics allowing the owner to gauge both the state of the movement (AMPLITUDE) and its chronometric performance (PRECISION). EMC also enables the user to fine-tune the timing of the watch to better suit individual daily rhythm and pace of life.
